Refunds and Returns Policy

Cominata products are divided into two categories, each with its own Return and Refund Policy.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer a Refund or Return on any item or good that involves the download of files into your systems.

Once the transaction is complete, you are responsible for archiving and safe-guarding the product without violating our Terms and Conditions. We will not provide you with a copy of the files if you lose access to them in any capacity.

Physical goods


Cominata goods and services are fulfilled through Third Party providers in different jurisdictions around the world. This is known as a print-on-demand service, and it ensures that the products we provide are manufactured and delivered as close to the client as possible, thus reducing our reliance on long and costly supply chains.
We offer Refund on a case-by-case basis. Please, contact us directly before you start a Refund claim with the Print-on-Demand Service so we can solve your issue. We offer a 30 day refund policy on any physical good within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To complete your refund, we
require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We cannot offer Returns on
physical goods due to the nature and added cost, both financial and
environmental, of returning the product to its facility.
